Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This policy explains what we collect to run your bot, how we use it, and your choices. We collect the minimum needed to provide the service and never sell your data.

1. What we collect

  • Account details — your email, and if you sign in with Discord, your Discord user id, username and avatar.
  • Bot configuration — the Discord bot token you provide (stored to operate your bot), your application/client id, main server id, and the settings you choose in the dashboard.
  • Billing — a prepaid balance and transaction history. Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not receive or store your card details.
  • Operational data — the channels, roles and status your bot reports back so the dashboard can show and control it.

2. How we use it

We use this data to provision, run, configure and support your bot, to process top-ups and renewals, to prevent abuse, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not use your bot token for anything other than operating your bot.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

  • Discord — to run your bot and authenticate you;
  • PayPal — to process payments;
  • Our hosting & infrastructure providers — to host the website, database and bot instances.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

4. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data that we no longer need to keep.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including access controls on sensitive fields such as your bot token. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your choices

You can update your settings in the dashboard, reset your bot token in Discord at any time, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Removing the bot from your server and closing your account stops further processing.

7. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. If analytics are enabled, we use privacy-light, aggregate analytics only — no cross-site advertising trackers.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
