Refund Policy

We want you to be happy before you pay. Here's how our prepaid billing, free trial and refunds work.

1. Try before you pay

Every account gets one 7-day free trial, so you can deploy a real bot and see it working in your server before spending anything. You can also invite our free Advisor bot for a no-signup audit first.

2. How billing works

UsaTech runs on a prepaid balance: you top up in advance, and deploying or renewing a bot draws from that balance. There is no card on file and no surprise automatic card charges — you always choose when to top up.

3. Refunds on top-ups

If something goes wrong — you were charged in error, a deploy failed, or a bot couldn't be provisioned — contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right, including refunding the affected amount. Balance you've already spent to run a bot for a period is generally non-refundable, since the service was delivered, but reach out if you have an issue and we'll work with you.

4. Failed deployments are never charged

If a bot fails to provision, our system automatically refunds the charge back to your balance and rolls back the attempt — you are never billed for a bot that didn't deploy.

5. Cancelling

You can stop at any time — there's no subscription to cancel. If a bot's term lapses it's locked (not deleted) for a grace period so you can come back and renew without losing your setup.
