Terms of Service

UsaTech provisions a dedicated Discord bot instance for your Discord server and gives you a web dashboard to configure it. Features available to you depend on the plan you choose. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to use Discord in your jurisdiction.

To run your bot, you provide a Discord bot token. You are responsible for that token and for the Discord application it belongs to. We store it only to operate your bot on your behalf and never share it. You can reset the token in the Discord Developer Portal at any time; doing so will stop your bot until you provide the new token.

You agree not to use UsaTech or a bot we host to:

• break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
• send spam, harass, or distribute malware or illegal content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; or
• resell the service without our written permission.

We may suspend a bot that violates these rules.

UsaTech uses a prepaid balance — you top up in advance and deploying or renewing a bot draws from that balance. There is no card kept on file and no automatic card charges. An optional 7-day free trial is available once per account. If a bot's term lapses it is locked (not deleted) for a grace period during which you can renew to restore it. We work hard to keep bots online, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for Discord outages or changes outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UsaTech's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. billing, liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
